Because our products are made to order and fulfilled by Inkthreadable, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for unwanted items, wrong sizes, or change of mind. Please check your order carefully before purchasing.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@stonyrebel.music with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Where a return is approved, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition. Items sent back without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
Refunds, where approved, will be made to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
